Wasn’t sure if it was intended or not but the corners of the envelope had been cut off. Maybe it was to allow the shallot bulbs to breathe? They were secured in a net bag. I really appreciate the gift of the sunflower seeds thst were included. I’ve not planted yet but they all look very healthy. There were a lot in the little bag.
