      Raises iron level without causing side effects

      21 Century The slow release iron supplement has increased my iron level to an acceptable level to donate blood. It has not caused any side effect. Before I started taking one pill per day I was told my iron level was too low. Since using this product I always am able to donate.

      After about three days of taking one pill per day you will start to feel a lot better even energetic and less muscle aches. I had been a Vegetarian for 1.5 years and began to feel gashly sleepy, muscle aches to the tenth degree and thirsty.
