    Product is great; however, the manual is not too helpful regarding set-up.

    Stereo would not stop scanning for stations. Manual was useless in how to preset stations to make them stay. After trial and error of several alternatives, I was able to lock in the radio stations. The manual does not state how to access apps once they are on the screen nor does the manual tell you where to get the memory chip for the gps, Thus the gps is useless without it. The manual does not tell you how to turn down the volume for the phone ring; consequently, the ringer is quite loud and almost annoying. Lastly customer service is contacting people in China which I am still trying to get ahold of. Need to rewrite the users manual to allow the user to program the product. The product is only as good as how it can be used.
