The motherboard arrived safely and was packed well for shipment from China. The condition of the board seems fine but I do have one reservation. The heat sink for the chipset is not attached properly and this was not evident in the photographs. It appears to have been removed at one time and now must be reinstalled properly. Other than this, the seller indicated the board as working so I will proceed on that assumption. Very low shipping fee and shipping time was fine.
