    Item arrived with gear smashed, scraped to the point that is unusable. Poor packaging, the gear was sticking thru the cardboard. Contacted seller. Their response, use insurance. They won’t pay. Seller response: This isn't the fist time we ship an item like this anyway you have a insurance on the package. And the packaging was well done. Please check all the padding was done I just know this companies do not handle their packages like they should. Use insurance to make claim. Avoid seller
