Seller mistook it as used and gave only a partial refund (50%)! Opened a case for escalation due to the seller’s action! eBay closed the case in my favor as a buyer! But, even though I returned the item, I have to say that the item is solid, but, I want a Canon to pair with our son’s gadgets! So, I will rate positive on this regard!
