    Good for craft sticks

    I really needed a tool like this for making dollhouses. It really doesn't cut very well but thin wood is easy to break after using this tool. I use it all of the time making my miniature furniture and dollhouses. I would recommend this to any one that uses wood for their crafts. I'm very pleased.

    Hobbycraft Easy Cutter

    A handy gadget. As an example: the 1976 1/96 scale Revell USS Constitution comes with a one-piece molding for each gun deck gunport cover. The real ship gunport covers are split, with top and bottom halves. I fashioned a jig to hold each piece under a Dremel drill press, drilling a centered hole in the cover to represent the same hole in the prototype. I then placed the modified gunport cover on the baseplate of the Easy Cutter. The hole in each piece allowed me to centter the piece to be cut in half over the cutter's center. Cuts easily and cleanly (and quickly). No material loss as with cutting with a razor saw
