    Takes A While To Get Used To It....but once you do...

    I bought this item several months ago. It was hard to find the sweet spot, and then drum with the singing is a whole other level of complexity. Break it down in its' simplest forms. Get this item dialed in first, drum lightly as you are singing the tune (presumably you can already drum) and continue to adjust the headset. Once you come up to speed the headset will sound like a Shure SM58. Not bad, not a Sennheiser but without the HUGE price tag either. This sounds good enough to play onstage but it is not something you are going to be able to slap on and go out there. The mic takes a while to get just right. I found it stayed pretty well in place and I'm a HARD hitter! My biggest problem is having enough breath to "belt out the singing" while beating the heck out of the drums. So I found a ...

    Great light weight rig

    I have been using this headset now for several months and can't find any issues with it . It has great sound and stay's where you put it. If i had to come up with something it would only be the cord on it could about 3 ft longer but that would be it.

    Excellent headset mic

    I run a children's folk group ages 7 - 11. Guitars are plugged in and the group wear headset mics. This headset mic is ideal as it fits small heads and when they move their head to look at their left hand on the guitar the mic follows the head movement unlike a mic on a stand. The sound is excellent quality with the benefit of phantom power from the mixer makes it sensitive with good headroom.

    Great mic, use the windscreen

    Needs the windscreen but a very smooth condenser mic. Not much background noise picked up and helps to position it just so,,,,good investment for a tool to talk back to the band thru the monitors.

    Great for a singing drummer!!!

    Great for a singing drummer!!! or at least one that sings a little back-up!!!! Very lightweight and comfortable. Nice directional pattern, does not pick up back ground noises.
