    More a picture book than a detailed history account.

    Title is all wrong. It should be "Uniforms of the DAK with history and organization." The history and organization sections are rather weak with a few good photos but lacking details. The uniform chapter is a good collection of photos of original uniforms and equipment and provides detail lacking in the history/organization chapters. All and all, a rather expensive coffee table book as opposed to a quality reference book.
