    I am giving this seller 0 stars because they have refused to issue my refund. I returned the item, which the seller received, yet they are reselling it instead of processing my reimbursement. I never kept the product; I returned it through the UPS application as instructed, since I was traveling at the time. At this point, I do not wish to receive any replacement or product—I only request a full refund. Unfortunately, this seller has withheld both my money and the product.

    Completely false. You refused the delivery and then immediately opened a item not received claim through eBay. I messaged you multiple times to try to ship the item back to you. I don't know what kind of scam you were trying to pull off, but better luck next time.. That being said, if you ever respond to any of my prior messages I'd be more than happy to send the item back to you.
