WORKS AWESOME
My laptop is 7 years old and the cord adapter was not charging regularly. Since it was soldered I couldn't replace it and had to replace the motherboard. There are others on the internet showing it is a different motherboard for this Acer but this is the correct one and it works awesome. Can't Restore Windows 7 From Recovery Disks

I hot rodded an acer 5517 whose motherboard had hit the dust with one of these motherboards and I tell you, this is one of the best investments that I've made in a while. I purchased 2 of them. The second one I will hold onto as backup. A Pentium dual core T4500 fit right into the socket and fired up without any problem and I am very impressed with the performance I'm getting at this point.
