We had a time of getting the bolts to fit into the rim, but that is normal, whether using new bolts or the old ones like we did. I would buy from this seller again. The package was very well sealed, no issues with anything about this rim. It was painted, but the description said unpainted. Another plus for us. A very good value for the money.
