    Good lower level pre workout.

    It's not bad but it's not amazing either. The watermelon flavor was good not overly tart. However it's a proprietary blend, I find myself having to take 1 1/2) - 2 scoops to achieve the desired effect. For the value it's good in place of coffee or a canned energy drink in the morning. Good for the workday. Also I am extremely versed in supplementation.

    I'm more of an impact! Pre workout type of guy this is more of a mellow creeper effect but still love it insane labs is one of my favorites. Do get the pump I want do get the necessary reps. So yeah I would recommend it.
