Without the benefit of any lab work done, I can only give my opinion on cost or value. I have been told by a professional Doctor that everyone should take CoQ10, as essential as Vit C. I was also told by him that NORMALLY you don't need more than 100 mg a day. I read in research that some have better absorbency than others, therefore I look for the "advertised" fast absorbing.
