    I offered this person a full refund and suggested to keep the special/antique/unique item, which they said was broken/spilled, which is unlikely as my shipping is very secure, in fact, I've got compliments on shipping from buyers, check it out <3 But this person is either very ignorant or just mean and instead of taking my offer to open an ebay case, they gave a negative, which is totally unfair, wrong and doesn't help anyone: them or myself... What goes around always comes around ~ sad :(
