Sent the wrong printer, but they fixed it. Decription said it might not work and someone took it all the way apart, but all the parts were there. This printer works great!

I received the a printer (not the one in the photos btw) and bought the parts that were needed to put it together, and started printing. Then every time, a couple minutes into the print, it freezes up. No covetous work, nothing. You have to turn it off and back on again and throw away the print. I've had it for approximately 2 weeks and STILL have not gotten it to work. It's a software issue.
