The item itself was very well packaged, virtually no damage whatsoever. I got the 120x80cm set with the futon and it exceeded my expectations. Very good quality though not made of real wood. The warmth from the kotatsu is such an amazing experience. If you are looking for a authentic Kotatsu, this is the right seller!

We changed to different color, and hopefully we can receive before Christmas. I wish the seller could proactively contact us nor we go after them 3 weeks later.
