    Perfect. Sturdier than I expected.

    Perfect. A little physically heavier than I expected. Great build quality and function. The cordset is much sturdier than I expected and this makes the cord unwilling to flex as much as I would like. Heat is more than adequate and I run it on Low (selection 1 out of 4) most of the time. The neck hole is large (and I am a male with a large neck diameter) and I sometimes use a scarf to pull the heated hood closer to my neck. The magnet latch on the front is great. The electrical connection is much sturdier than I expected and the connection is able to be unplugged which allows the device to be laundered. The auto-shutoff feature works great and even tells you with a blinking red light that it auto-shutoff. I think that the auto-shutoff shuts off at 2 hours usage.

    Very comfortable, needs better temp control.

    Very comfortable around my neck and shoulders. When turned on to the lowest setting, the neck area gets too hot unless you have a towel between your neck and the heating pad. Turns itself off after awhile--don't know if this is an automatic safety device or not.

    Sunbeam neck heating pad

    It needs weight on it to fully feel the heat from it. If you don't have weight then you can't feel the heat that well even on high temp. It does work well would be best with weight. I would buy another one when this one goes out.

    Works wonders on the upper neck!

    I love this neck warmer. The heating elements run right up into the top of the collar, so the base of the skull gets the heat on it. It heats up really fast, and has a nice long plug cord. I am able to sit at my sewing machine to sew, and get up and walk around the table to do fabric layout and cutting. It is heavy, and the magnetic clasp in front holds the pad very securely in place. This pad helps with my arthritic upper neck, and the my TMJ which runs from my jaw into the neck. Over all keeping me move mobile and comfortable.
