    my still was banged to high He... a hole in the 20 gallon cook pot. the extra sized pipes I ordered, they tell me they measure 3/8 pipe from the outside, which makes your 1/2 pipe you paid $135 extra for.... a complete scam. this company is low lifes!! do not buy anything from them!! they said they sent me a return package... never happened

    2 sides to every story. Here is ours, FEDEX did cause a little ding, NOT HOLE & NOT OUR FAULT; also, common knowledge Copper Coil is sold in OD and not (ID). The NEXT DAY our CSR offered a return label, but he procrastinated and started communicating OUTSIDE of eBay to hide his intentions of extorting us for a free still using every eBay loophole possible. Important, eBay refunded him, and he sent NOTHING BACK. Interestingly, this is his 1st and only eBay review. Now, who is the low life? Hm

    the thermometer looks like from Walmart does NOT screw into the bung no threads . inside of tank where product goes is green . poor Workmanskip. on the good side outside is shiny. not what I expected.

    We are one of the few if not only manufactures that provide free thermometers in our stills without an upcharge and thus yes, we install inexpensive thermometers so you at least have something. We do offer nice 3" dial face ones that screw into threaded bungs as an upgrade if requested. We polish the outside of our Pots/Thumps/Worms, but they require a vinegar cleaning run (common amongst ALL manufacturers). Hard to please everyone I guess but we try and have been for nearly 10-years.
