    Item arrived as described. However, even though this was not a high ticket item, I would have expected better packaging. No cardboard protection nor the words, "Do not bend" on the outside of the item. Luckily, the item arrived with no bends. On the plus side, the shipping costs of $0.69 was the best I have ever paid.
