"I'm over here." We heard a deep raspy voice call out. That voice sent chills down my spine, but I was not prepared for the sight of the person behind it. We all turned in the direction of the voice to see a man had walked out from behind a tree. He was a big hulking man, with long matted greasy hair mostly covered by a dirty faded cap that read: Born In Hell: a fact that I felt was very prophetic. He had the darkest green eyes I had ever seen, cat like in their appearance, hypnotic, and eerily menacing. He had long dirty hands, with thick nails, long and crusted almost claw like, and he kept rubbing them over his grayish beard that was covered in days old tobacco that he would just spit down his face, never attempting to hit the ground. I could feel a knot growing in the pit of my stomach, and I suddenly felt very weak. He had been watching us the whole time, and I guess we should have wondered why he hid in the shadows instead of coming to greet us when we drove up. When he looked at me, I saw pure unadulterated evil, and I felt very afraid., Lake Mena Mountain is the picturesque destination for four couples in need of a relaxing vacation. Alicia 'Lecci" Martin is forewarned by a premonition from deep within her soul, but she chooses to ignore those warnings. Instead, she follows her husband Brad and their friends to the mountain paradise. The beauty that surrounds them is the facade for an evil that none of them could have imagined. Led into the wilderness by their less than desirable guides, the group soon finds themselves the prey of a group of demented brothers who bask in the horror they can inflict on others. Stalked and tormented by their twisted foes, the travelers' only hope for survival could be the one thing that frightens them the most. Just when it looks like all has been lost, help does arrive proving that sometimes a nightmare can lead to a dream of things that are meant to be.
