Dog Toy
It's my mastiff's favorite toy. She plays with it more than anything else. She bounces as she runs with it to make it sound off. She literally runs herself down playing with this toy. Highly recommended for larger dogs. The only setback is when she runs with it and drops it on concrete, after a while it breaks and I get her another on. I keep two on hand for this event. Whenever she breaks one (it has taken as long as 8 months) I have another one on hand. I don't think a smaller dog would be able to break this toy.It's my mastiff's favorite toy. After reading all the great reviews I was so excited to try this for my dogs. Sadly my two beagles have been scared of this ball from day one. I thought they would become accustomed to it and eventually start playing with it... but that has not happened. Maybe it would work better for big dogs or 'forward' personality types, but like I said, mine do not like it and won't go near it, and I've had this ball for probably 3 weeks now.After reading all the great reviews I was so excited to try this for my dogs. Sadly my two beagles have been scared of this ball from day one. I thought they would become accustomed to it and eventually start playing with it... but that has not happened. Maybe it would work better for big dogs or 'forward' personality types, but like I said, mine do not like it and won't go near it, and I've had this ball for probably 3 weeks now.

Supervise your dog and this toy will last.
My first dog killed one of these - I was lax in my supervision. I just had to get another one for my next doggie. With good supervision, this is a great toy - even for a strong chewer. Whenever he chews too strongly, I tell my boy, “Easy”. He loves the sounds and when I play with him.

Our Lab/mix loves his Giggle Ball.... but... he is a determined chewer and he has a large enough mouth to actually grasp the ball in his jaws. We replace his ball at least twice a year because the plastic is just soft enough that it gets gouges... which can be quite sharp... this is the only reason that I gave it a 4 star rating.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the material is just soft enough that our dogs teeth cut it and make rough places that might be hard on a young child's hands We DO LIKE it well enough to replace it whenever the rough places get too bad.
