The power cord and vent tubes are too short, and it often shows overvoltage errors. The heater is inefficient, blowing cold air from the back and wasting power. Other heaters work better for less. Good for off-grid or solar setups, but not for saving money in an apartment. Too expensive for what it delivers. The only positive I can gather is the cooling AC works, which is ok for 3 months out of the year.
