    All my listings for manuals state; "...Will ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment..." and; "...***BE ADVISED*** USPS Media Mail currently can take from 3 days to over a month..." Buyer wanted full refund after manual was shipped as apparently they did not read the previous statement before buying. Manual was shipped the day after payment cleared. I have no control over how long it takes USPS to deliver the item.
