Worth the investment
I have a 30x36 garage a total of 1080 ft. This unit heats it up with very little effort running it at 27000 BTUs it has a maximum capacity of 68,000 BTUs and no smelly fumes. It wasn’t necessary to run it at full capacity even with the temperatures outside at 30° because the building temperature was at 65° in 30 minutes.
