Very difficult, if not impossible to mount
I spent an hour getting the first half of the tire on to the rim. Added the proper sized tube. When it came to getting the other half of the tire on, literally impossible. Gave up trying. Fit was so tight I was forced to cut the tire off to get it removed. Not worth damaging the rim. I've heard that these can be difficult to mount, but this was insane. I'll never again buy a Kendra tire, if this is the best they can do to size it correctly. Been changing bike tires for 30+ years, so I'm not new to this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Failed after one ride
Installation of the tire took a while, due to how narrow it is getting it seated on the rim without pinching the tube is definitely a tough task. You definitely need tire levers to install this tire and remove it. Once I got it installed it seated well and was quiet on my trainer as well as gripped pretty well. Sadly though after one 10 mile ride the tire failed, picture of the failure below. I ended up returning this one and getting a different brand.

Fits like butter and almost as quiet.
I mounted it on a 26" rim with a 1" tube. It took about 15 minutes total time--wheel off the bicycle, tire and tube changed, and wheel back on the bicycle. I replaced a 26 x 2 mountain bike tire and use it with a Saris hydraulic trainer. The noise level is less than half by far. I would definitely recommend this tire to anyone looking for a quieter experience on their trainer. Remember, it is a directional tire and it likes the full 125 psi of air pressure.
