Mower came extremely well packaged on an enclosed skid. I recieved a call letting me know that as soon as the holiday weekend was over they would get right on my order. Well true to their word they sure did because I received it 5/29. The driver contacted me the day prior and he was there in the morning. I have never had a better buying experience. It looks exactly as shown. If you are reading this JUST BUY IT. Pinhole in the weld manufacturer says they're out of stock but will send one. Warranty comes from China so not counting on any parts and parts are hard to find. If you've watched videos and done your research, you know what to expect. Loose hydraulic lines and loose bolts. No fault of the seller. Overall I'm satisfied for the price.
