    Very Good!

    I was looking for something that I can get to sleep too. This one is really good for some pain and sleep at night too. I don't get any drowsiness next day. Wake up with feeling refreshed as I can sleep good and take away some aches. I don't get any side effects as I only take one caplet at night.

    Still achy after all these years

    For me .....I got little if any relief from this product. Letz keep in mind however everyone reacts differently to meds...itz a trial and error senario...

    Great product.

    Tylenol PM works great. I have had several surgeries on my brain due to aneurysms. This is the only product that helps me sleep at night. I cannot be without it.

    Pain relief
