For anyone who loves chocolate milkshake or chocolate smoothies, I strongly recommend using Barleen's Chocolate Greens instead of sugary chocolate mixes with virtually no nutritional value. In a blender mix 8oz unsweetened almond milk, one heaping scoop of Barleen's Chocolate Greens, one banana, one raw egg, one scoop unsweetened cocoa and 7-8 ice cubes.
