No scratches, dents, etc. battery health showed 100% and wh showed the full amount (not sure if it’s general since I assume this went through some cycles). My only iffy part was the River 3 in the app stores the last 5 fault errors. The last one being overheating which was a small concern but the product works great so far so not worried at the moment anyway.

This refurbished model AND an additional 20% promotion came in at about 1/2 the cost of new! My experience of Ecoflow's refurbishing process, resulting in units that, for me, look and perform indistinguishably from new, made this a potential steal - and did not disappoint! Ecoflow's investment "renewed-renewable" energy is icing on a huge cake...grab a slice!
