The item looks like new. It was packaged very well. It appears solidly built. It charged very fast. I haven't used it enough to see how long it will run.

No scratches, dents, etc. battery health showed 100% and wh showed the full amount (not sure if it’s general since I assume this went through some cycles). My only iffy part was the River 3 in the app stores the last 5 fault errors. The last one being overheating which was a small concern but the product works great so far so not worried at the moment anyway.

A lot of power in a little device. Came with 30 percent charge. Charged phone and a couple other devices then charged it fully up and stowed it away for an emergency or when needed next. Great product great seller. If you order from ECOFLOW remember you will need an authorized signature when it is shipped and received. Thank you ECOFLOW for the amazing River 3
