      I contacted the seller 5 days ago via ebay message, giving him time to make it right. He has not responded to my message!! The charger was listed as "open box, new", it is not new. It arrived on 6/24 and the fuse/holder were missing; I tested it using a correct fuse holder/fuse, the unit doesn't work. On-line I found and called a repair shop in Missouri who said one or more of the internal circuit boards is fried; that it is not a new unit and should have been listed as "for parts only".
