This is a watch new old stock; came in the original box, paperwork, and warranty card that was left blank. Seiko may not provide repair due to parts issue, however, this is watch like no other, the Kinetic Direct drive recharges the capacitor for at least five to twenty years before replacement is required. The watch is top quality, accurate, only requiring time correction when daylight savings comes into effect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
