    Fender quality

    High quality electrical parts used, smooth pot action, results in noiseless tone or volume control. The pot has a detente at the end of travel, at which point the pot is bypassed resulting in a small signal gain and produces full bandwidth tone. This is a large pot, so if you're replacing mini-pots, make sure there is ample clearance in the route. The capacitor, for installing the pot as a tone control, seems very solid and aught to last a hundred years or more!

    The no load potentiometers are great. When you roll them all the way up they are OFF. So you get a little bit of sound spectrum you would not have gotten. Use on tone pots only. Quality is GREAT, Fender brand.

    CTS No load pot

    This one has the detent that lets you know for sure that it is wide open. Also helps keep from moving it accidently. Some CTS and others have no detent and this is way better. If you don't have a no load on your tone control you should. A must have.
