It looks like something that was picked up from a cheap rental store. Calling it cheap is a low blow. It is a inexpensive price for a tuxedo that was a ex rental. This means it was made to use and clean over and over and hold up. This is the opposite of cheap. Tailoring is something that is to be expected for a online purchase. Dramatic tailoring makes me think the wrong size was purchased.
