Some confusion over description as to whether it was "new" with factory wrapping just removed, or actually "like new." To me, it appears to be "like new"--the discs and inserts are spotless, although all inserts have yellowed with age. However, the numerous scratches on the outside of the case indicate that it was not actually new nor just removed from the wrapping.
