I found their eBay store and was able to get some refurbished products that have been perfect. Their condition was as if they were new. They made a mistake on this order and shipped me two inverters abd one battery. They quickly rectified the situation and paid to ship the inverter back and replaced it with the correct battery without hesitation. Great customer service and a great product. I saved over a thousand dollars! Go EcoFlow!
