Arrived with clearly retaped boxes, scuff marks, straps for the vests seemingly haphazardly stuffed back into packaging, some battery compartments screwed shut vs. some already unscrewed, and one set even still had (dead) batteries in it (presumably accidently left in when restocking return). Seller responded once after I reached out but offered no compensation and then stopped responding altogether.
