    Nice overall bike for the price. Just like all other reviewers here, top speed when the battery is fully charged is around 19MPH. Top speed drops to 15 MPH as the battery get used. However, overall, this was a good purchase, and quality appears to be good. The only thing I would upgrade is the seat.

    After the assembly the electric motor did not start. The display showed an error that I did not understand. After reading a comment of another user who had the same problem with his bike, I was able to start the motor. It has been working fine since then. Also, the screw that ties the front light was missing. Fortunately, I had another one that fit.

    Ehh it came several days early which is great. bad thing is they lied about the top speed. It's only about 19 mph not 22. Bike was in great condition of course, tires are a bit more thin than what I expected but for the price it's not bad. And there wasn't a bolt to connect the headlight to the bike either

    The bike came fairly fast, Fed X. Had some issues with them sending the wrong bike , but they compensated me for the error. The bike I did receive, is a lot of fun, 750 watt power, hit speeds of 17.2 mph, non assisted, and I am about 172LB . Easy to assemble, took me about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, and I am 81 years old, I do have a mechanical insight. They, send tools, and instructions, When ordering, I would ask them to double check the order, so you can receive the correct product, and say please.

    I had bought a bike and a fed ex employee had stolen the bike right out of the box. I informed the seller of receiving an empty box with no bike. Instead of having eBay jumping in and haveing to go through a long process the seller quickly sent out another bike. I had received the bike in 2 days absolutely amazing customer service.
