    Very disappointed in Jim & Mary's packaging a size 6 womens blazer was stuffed into a ebay bag 12"×10". I now have to take to cleaners to have steamed to have all the wrinkles removed & pay for that! I also think this package did not cost $15.99 which they charged me for standard shipping!! Certainly will not use this seller again!

    This customer reached out to me and I admitted that I did not ship properly. I should have used a box. After reaching out to the customer, I took care of my customer. She expressed that she loved the item with a good fit and tweed material. So I did not ask for it to be returned. I did something I don't usually do and gave a partial refund of $15.
