Fortunately my Delta 2 Max works well and cosmetically fine, other than a couple of moderate scratches on the bottom. I did have to reset the battery management system. Packaged very well, per norm for Ecoflow. Thick foam top and bottom. Cables and manuals included. Delivery required a signature. That's fine. Otherwise it might be sitting out there and FedEx drivers never bother to leave it right side up to begin with.
