Basic accessories and manuals were provided. Appearance was fine - no serious cosmetic issues. Value - seems to be good, much cheaper than new - I have not been able to extensively test it but so far it has no issues.

This Delta Max unit is a serious upgrade for us, but will give longer lasting capabilities in the event of power outages in our new home. We also purchased a fuel generator to use to recharge the Delta Max versus the solar panels that we got from Eco Flow, as we have not found those particularly effective nor very efficient in actually recharging anything.
