Product was supposed to have 14 TB of hard drive space, two drives. Only received a laptop with one hard drive of seven terabytes. Contacted seller, but was told it was impossible for that to happen, yet here I am with a laptop with only seven terabytes though! Keeping the laptop only because the rest of the specs are what I need for a projects!
