These are very heavy. I am handicapped so lifting them is an issue. I also purchased a plat form cart to easily move them around in my garage. To lift them from the box to the cart I used my wheel chair lift in the back of my SUV. This easily lifted the batteries and placed them on the cart. .Electrician installed connection at Circuit breaker box. I am able to run just about everything in the house except stove.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
