Shipped reasonably quickly, very very well packed, was only at 1/3 charge when I got it, so hopefully it does not have a marginal battery, otherwise it works good; the fan was a little loud when it was doing a full charge, which is probably normal; it is well built and is working good for power backup. Product is pretty much as described. Good for use in a car, camper, or tent. Easy to add to EcoFlow's app. The app and the units screen stopped showing outputs under a certain level but they show its level of charge. It has its quirks but for me it's not a big deal It can't be controlled by the app but It's older technology. For $119, the price was right, it charges quickly from an outlet, and it serves its purpose.

The electronics seem more fragile in these two units I received compared with the larger models I have, with minor display issues (e.g. flickering and delayed information) when handled. But left alone, they operate fine. Both units seem refurbished as compared to others that seem new. But they both work for their intended purpose, as backups for low-draw LED lights, so minor annoyances are okay since I don’t frequently handle them. The warranty is great and support is responsive, so no worries.

Item was described well. Communication was fairly prompt but even though they offered combined shipping at check out, it wasn't applied. Both items did ship after a few days sitting at the sellers together in separate packages and arrived together in separate packages. Not sure why it took a long time to finally arrive but my items hit at least 10 different ship centers. That isn't on seller but FedEx.
