    Came in like new condition, shipped very fast and had the original foam packaging and manuals in the box. I used it a couple times already and it worked flawless providing you have more than a 150 watt load on the main unit. The extra battery doesn't like to kick in with a low load but this is a software issue not the battery it self. If I wish they made a y cable, I would buy a 2nd battery.

    The product itself was in very good physical / cosmetic condition, and came with an appropriate 30% charge on the battery. All cables (power and connect for the Delta 2 Generator) were there and looked brand new. Took a charge perfect as a new one would, and appears to be discharging and functioning perfectly. What I WOULD change is the communication of delivery. It was about 10 days to get this, and FedEx tracking info was very slow and sluggish. At the end of the day, very pleased. Shipping eh

    Finally received the extra battery and it looks and works like new. It was about 30% charged, which may have been why shipping was slower than usual. I actually had to sign for it. It is an excellent product. Connected it to the main unit and charged it in a few hours with the solar panels. I’d definitely buy again, just be aware shipping takes a little longer for the refurbished units.
