VERY HONEST SELLER; confirmed coin characteristics with those shown on NGC cert site. My mistake? I didn't clock Liberty's head facing downward in the slab before negotiating. Somehow it slipped from original vertical position sometime before it was listed. 100% on me as the pictures clearly showed it leaning; just would've offered less to help cover reslab. Would readily recommend return. A++++
