    I was sad to discover issues that were hidden in the photos & description. The doll’s hairline has goop which was hidden by her hair in photos. A portion of her hair is much shorter and looks cut or burned. Her hair described as full, is thin in the front. I messaged the seller, and they didn’t apologize. They said all Kenner Blythe dolls have the goop issue which is untrue, and denied the hair issue. I decided to keep the doll to restore her, but I’m disappointed in the seller’s dishonesty.

    This buyer's complaints were given long after the item was received, being accompanied with threats to leave negative feedback if she wasn't offered a partial refund. Buyer was offered the opportunity to return the item but did not want to return it for a full refund. Buyer harassed seller up to 2 months following the purchase- looking for her handout ("partial refund"). Beware of fabricated complaints and demands for discounts.
