Appears to be a nice kit.
The brand I received was not Q-grips. It is called Find Back. I have tried this product several times and have not been able to remove any wax from my ears. Perhaps any wax I have is too deep to reach. I don't know. Product seems to be made of a good quality material. I can't recommend it because so far it has not worked for me.

Only good for itchy ears.
I have problems with excessive damp ear wax upon awakening. I was counting on this product to handle that; it has not. The heads are white. They should be a dark color so that you can tell by looking what wax it has accomplished in removing. Getting the finesse to get it into your ear canal take some trial and error to not bunch it up into a wad. Though inexpensive, it’s really not worth the money. I began a return. I had no means to print a pdf label. Also I am not going to risk covid to go to the post office. So I cancelled the refund and and just keeping it is a safe way to squelch the itching of my ears, so I gave it one star.

Painful design cuts into skin
I was very excited to try this…however, there are certainly dean issues. The wide part at the base of the screw head is very hard and sharp edged so it literally a raised the skin in my outer ear. Additionally, the screw head is far too short. It’s under an inch long so does not penetrate. I understand everyone’s ears may be slightly different and there is a need to stay away from the eardrum, however this thing barely reached into my ear canal. I had zero success with this…no wax came out whatsoever so now I still need to go to doctor to get my ears cleaned out. THE SHARP BASE EDGE WILL CUT YOUR SKIN…SO BE VERY CAREFUL

Good idea, poor Quality Control
Handle had ragged edges which scratched inside of my ears. Made it difficult to use. Tips were all same size and were too short to get to the soft wax that I need to remove.
