Complete Reflexology for Life
What a stressful day! If I wasn’t run off my feet, I was madly tapping away at my computer. My feet ache, my shoulders are sore, and I have a huge headache. I am sure glad that I ordered Complete Reflexology for Life because I’m looking forward to a nice reflexology session tonight. Complete Reflexology for Life is the perfect resource. Even if you’ve never tried reflexology before, this book can show you exactly what to do while explaining what’s actually happening as you work on your feet and hands. All of the instructions are fully illustrated with arrows showing direction of each movement as well as details of which movements to use during different parts of the session. There are also plenty of full colour maps of the feet and hand reflex areas to locate specific body parts or so that you can focus on particular health issues. In my library, I have other resources for reflexology. Most usually show either the feet or the hands. Complete Reflexology for Life shows both. Moreover, this text includes session instructions for infants, children, teenagers, adults, and seniors. Quite the value.
